GROUP DISCOUNTS AND SPECIAL REGISTRATIONS:
For registering 3 to 5 people from the same company at the same time, we grant you an additional 7% discount on current registration fees.
For registering 6 to 9 people from the same company at the same time, we grant you an additional 10% discount on current registration fees.
For registering 10 or more people from the same company at the same time, we grant you an additional 15% discount on current registration fees.
If you use the group registration and then check out one or more people, we will adjust the discounts according to the applicable pricing policy.
All the above discounts are calculated manually after the application is submitted. Enter aditional information in the notes box.
REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Favorable registration prices are valid upon registration and payment of the registration fee until the specified date.
Non-payment of the pro forma invoice and / or non-participation in the conference does not mean automatic cancellation of the conference.
In case of cancellation, you must notify us at prijave@planetgv.si.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 4 working days before the event. The last day for free of charge cancellation is Friday, September 18th, 2026 until 11:59 p.m.
Canceling after this date, we will charge you full price.
In case an already registered person can not attend, registering an alternate participant is possible.
All cancellations must be sent in writing to prijave@planetgv.si.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 4 business days before the event. The cancellation must be sent in writing to prijave@planetgv.si. If you cancel 3 business days before the event, you will be charged an administration fee of 30% of the registration fee. In case of later cancellation or if the cancellation was not sent in writing, you will be charged a full fee.
